Printing & Packaging Solution :

Corrugated cartons
BrandsMart designers consider all parameters over the specifications of the box, is it strong enough to contain your product and resist damage? Not only that, we take into account all of the stresses placed on your package in your distribution system.

For example, is your box strong enough to be stacked? How high? What style of stacking? Individual & total weight?

Here are some basic package designs that we can customize for you:

Regular Slotted Container (RSC)

The most popular box style. Highly efficient design creates minimal manufacturing waste.

All box flaps are of the same length. The two outer flaps (usually the lengthwise flaps) are one half the container's width, so that they meet at the center of the box when folded.

Overlap Slotted Container (OSC)

This style uses a bit more material, but closes securely even when the box is longer.

All flaps are the same length, however outer flaps overlap by one inch or more. Overlapping flaps can easily be stapled for added security.

Full Overlap Container (FOL)

Stackability and durability are the hallmark of this style. All flaps are the width of the box, thus creating a nearly complete overlap when closed.

This overlap creates a stable stacking surface that is less prone to tipping when stacked higher. Overlapping flaps also provide added cushioning.

Half Slotted Container (HSC)

This style has no cover flaps. The cover, if required is usually comprised of a single piece that overlaps or telescopes over the upper edge to various degrees.

Since covers can be quickly and repeatedly removed and replaced, this style is utilized in material handling systems and in transporting fresh fruits and vegetables.

Tray with Self-Locking Ends

Trays are typically used to contain and separate contents inside packaging and displays.

Tray designs can be highly efficient, usually formed from a single piece of corrugated that assembles quickly and requires no gluing.

Die Cut Container

The container styles described above can all be rapidly manufactured using our economical slotter-scorer machines.

However, when advanced cutting is required, custom die cutting adds endless possibilities.
